The features of the Sans frontières project are humanitarian aid programmes that, in a certain sense, encompass and stand for Fondazione Paracelso's operational proposals: this project's ethical rationale complies with financial sustainability and is consistent with our statutory aims. In other words, it is done because it is right to do it, because the conditions are right, and because letting the public know of the state of hemophiliacs in countries that have scarce means and poor health structures means contributing to making Italian public opinion aware of the issue.
